3rd Street
This project started with an open lot in old town Fort Collins and was created in collaboration with talented local architect Dana McBride.
The build focused on a modern, efficient home perfect for entertaining and/or just laying low.
Design elements include expansive natural light, radiant in-floor heat, cork flooring, etc., and maintain that cozy feel regardless of the weather.
IKEA cabinets complete the kitchen with a raised dishwasher for ease of use.
A low-maintenance yard and wrap-around deck round out the property, blending nicely with the aesthetic.
